Cargo Loading or Discharging Charge

Charges for the use of berth and handling equipment or the charge for handling supervision of import cargoes from vessel and make direct delivery or moving to storage area for direct delivery or vice versa for loading export cargo to vessel will be collected at the following rates :-

Cargo Delivering or Receiving Charge 
      Charge for delivering or receiving import cargo or charge for moving import cargoes to storage area and delivering import cargo or LCL cargo to importer at the storage area or charge for the use of berth for handling export cargo entered into Ranong Port area moved to storage area and finally moved for loading onto vessel or stuffing into LCL container will be collected as follows :-

203
Cargo Storage Charge

      Import cargo which is unloaded from vessel and is not taken out of the port area or export cargo entered into port area for loading onto vessels or stuffing into LCL container are exempted from cargo storage charge as follows :-

203.1 Import cargo
      Conventional cargo will be granted an exemption within 3 days following the complete day of discharging the vessel completes her final discharge.
      Dangerous cargo will be given one day exemption following the complete day of discharging the vessel completes her final discharge.
      For LCL container, the charge will be accessed from one day following the day of unstuffing until the container is taken out of the port area unless such container is still in the free storage period as specified in item

203.2 Export cargo
      203.2.1 the 1st week of cargo storage will be granted an exemption period of 3 days following the day of entering into Ranong Port area. The charge will be collected at the rate  15  Baht/Tonne
     203.2.2 the 2nd week of cargo storage, charge will be collected daily at the rate  5  Baht/Tonne/Day
     203.2.3 the 3rd week onward, charge will be collected daily at the rate  10  Baht/Tonne/Day
